| 1º)
Believe that the south american unit can be
built starting from the pattern of political unit. 2º) Believe that the pattern of union starting from the economic thing is useful for those that should create a common interest; that in the case of the America of the South it´s already consolidated by a history, a geography and common beliefs. 3º) Believe that it is only possible to maintain
the human dignity on high through the growth and moral, economic
and spiritual development; that this development is in definitive
the one that preserves the man's rights. We believe that the integration
will contribute to preserve these sacred rights because it will
strengthen the popular institutions and it will create a new look
after the equality of opportunities. 4º) Believe in the democracy like a superior value
that it is necessary to defend and to maintain and we believe
that the unit of the south american countries will allow to secure
the democratic institutions and that this unit should be built
about the bases of equality and justice that it guarantees alone
the exercise of the democracy. 5º) Believe in a common
history where heroes and common events are intertwined; happiness,
sadness and hopes shared as it doesn't possess any other region
of the earth. 6º) Believe to live amid
a plot of interests that they make of the international relationships
a complex reality and we believe that, beyond all ideology, the
political will of the town of the America of the South can overcome
to the economic thing. 7º)
Have a dream of future commitment in common. A dream
that perhaps seems distant, but that we feel the necessity to
begin to build. For our parents and grandparents, for ourselves
and, fundamentally for our children and the children of our children,
we believe that the Union of the America of the South will be
the mark of our prosperous destination and the paradigm of our
biggest aspirations. |
